Terms and Shipping Info

We currently ship to Europe*, United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia . If you are located outside of these countries and would like to purchase an item, please contact me and we will find the best way to ship to your country.

Our delivery times displayed on the site are subject to change and include handling times and customs times. We'll send you an email once your item(s) have been shipped with shipment tracking information.

Our orders are sent via CTT (Post of Portugal) or DPD

If you are ordering more pieces I will recalculate the shipping cost and I will transfer you the difference back if you paid to much.

*We don't ship to San Marino and Jersey. For Isle of Man it is not possible to ship with tracking.

Our indicative delivery time is for the main destinations and does not include customs clearance time, if necessary.

Da Bela Ceramics is not responsible for any customs, import or administrate fees that may apply in your country. We are unable to estimate these fees, and they are the responsibility of the customer.

The customer is responsible for their parcel, if returned to sender (marked as unclaimed or incorrect address). We do not offer free shipping back to the customer.

We send all parcels with tracking, but we are not responsible for items lost or stolen in shipping and they can not be covered by Da Bela Ceramics. But we will do everyting we can to track down your parcel.

Please, if your items arrive to you damaged, contact me within 24 hours with photographs of the damage and the outer box and we will discuss how to proceed. No returns on discounted or sales items.
